Call to Action for April 8 - 12

S975 Medical Freedom Bill

** Urgent Call-to-Action **
We need to contact all our Greenville County Senators, the President of the Senate Thomas Alexander, and the Majority leader Shane Massey on Monday and Tuesday (4/8 and 4/9). Please ask them to use Special Order immediately on S975 and vote YES on this bill.

This bill protects medical ethics and informed consent. It prevents an employer from mandating indemnified pharmaceutical products, novel vaccines, and gene therapies as a requirement for employment.

The Main Objection from Senators
”The government should not be telling businesses what to do.” We agree! This bill does NOT prevent employers and others from recommending indemnified pharmaceutical products, novel vaccines, or gene therapies. It simply removes their ability to mandate them.

We believe that South Carolinians are able to make the best medical decisions for themselves!
